I recently rewatched Simon Sinek’s TedTalk, about the magic of the golden circle, which offers a simple but powerful model for inspirational leadership — starting with a golden circle and asking the question “Why?”
His examples include Apple, Martin Luther King, and the Wright brothers… His presentation is incredibly straight-forward and beautifully simple. So few companies follow the principles outlined.
I wonder what would happen if a company passionately adopted this point of view and approach?!
